JHWalter Energy deal with all aspects of investment, financial support and funding for Renewable Energy projects.
With returns of around 10% to 30% investment in renewable projects is attractive. We explain where opportunities exist and assist you in finding projects where you can invest.
In terms of financial incentives, we advise on FITs, ROCs and the RHI including bandings, regulations as well as obtaining accreditation through Ofgem on your behalf. Whilst such schemes rule out many grants, opportunities do still exist. We can explain where and how.
Where projects are being developed we prepare feasibility studies for the project owners and where required their funders and report on the constraints, costs, returns and timeframe for investments. We deal with Banks, Venture Capitalists and private investors, matching finance type to individual client needs.
Where appropriate we will also review proposals for specific technologies for projects we have not to date been involved with to confirm that the assumptions underlying the project are reasonable and well founded.
